These are frustrating – for everyone – especially if we have already turned away other guests and can no longer offer them the room that you have cancelled.
We therefore have the following cancellation policy: - Up to 21 days prior to arrival: No charge
- 20 – 15 days prior to arrival: 30 % of the package booked
- 14 – 7 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the package booked
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 80 % of the package booked (as well as no-shows or earlier departures)
The customer has the right to prove that the hotel has incurred less expenses or losses than stipulated in the charge. We therefore recommend – particularly for longer stays – that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Cancellations must always be made in writing.
